The Bike-Hod is probably the most versatile of bicycle trailers, but for some people that's not good enough! On this page, we've featured some Bike-Hods that have been specially adapted for different uses.

Music-HodThis Bike-Hod has been adapted to carry a tuba. It has an extended towarm, designed to lower the centre of gravity and prevent the risk of tipping over on corners. The towarm has a useful handle which allows the arm to be removed easily for storage. |
Sandwich-Hod |
Sandwich-HodThis sandwich bar needed an easy way to make local deliveries, without the hassle of carrying a huge basket or using a van...and so the Sandwich-Hod was born! It uses a Walk-Hod towarm to enable it to be pulled easily along the pavement. |
Work-Hod |
Work-HodAnother owner who wanted to avoid using a van - this Bike-Hod carries an enormous toolbox around. The toolbox has wheels, but they aren't robust enough to be trailed behind a bike. The Bike-Hod's towarm is shortened so the heavy load is tucked in neatly behind the small wheeled bike. The owner says, "It's ideal, because I can load it up indoors, then hook up and go." |
